STRI world’s first discovered the pluripotent stem cells without tumorigenicity.
It can be differentiated into endoderm, mesoderm and ectoderm. However it does not has tumorigenicity and immunogenicity. Morerover theses cells exhibited increased expression of down-aging and tumor suppressor genes, transcription factors essential for blastocyst formation and cytotoxic T-cell markers, while significantly inhibiting cancer cell survival and invasion.
