What we have achieved so far.

– STRI stem cell clinical trials, demonstrated the effectiveness of stem cell treatment on scalp hair growth.
– STRI verified the wrinkle improvement, whitening, wound healing effect its proprietary stem cell conditioned media technology through the development and research.
– STRI’s proprietary conditioned media demonstrated higher expression of skin affecting FGF, EGF, KGF and ETC proteins compared to growth factors content of other companies’ stem cell conditioned media.

Skin Regeneration & Rejuvenation

Stem cell-based therapies have been widely used for their abilities to repair and regenerate different types of tissues and organs in cosmetic and plastic surgeries. It involves the clinical application of different types of stem cells. Different stem cells have been reported to be applicable in different areas of cosmetic surgeries like face lipoatrophy, skin rejuvenation, breast enhancement, and body contouring.

However, adipose-derived stem cells remain the most widely used by aesthetic surgeons as they have the potential and capability to differentiate into mesenchymal, ectodermal, and endodermal branches and are easily to obtain.

Human Stem Cell Conditioned Media (HMSC) is a general term for the polypeptides which affect the skill condition.Various proteins can stimulate the body to prevent skin damage and improve its condition, and with a rich moisturizing effect, make the skin smooth and supple. STRI R&D center has developed stem cell-conditioned media cosmeticwhich is registered asHMSC at ICID (International Cosmetic Ingredient Dictionary).HMSC has sufficient fibroblast growth factor (FGF), VEGF, HGF, KGF, TGF-β1, fibronectin, and Type1 collagen.

>> Key Factors of HMSC

VEGF
Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is a signal protein produced by cells that stimulate the formation of blood vessels. They are important signaling proteins involved in both vasculogenesis and angiogenesis.

KGF
The keratinocyte growth factor (KGF) is a growth factor thatpresents in the epithelialization phase of wound healing. In this phase, keratinocytes are covering the wound, forming the epithelium.

HGF
Hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) is a paracrine cellular growth, motility, and morphogenic factor. It has been shown to have a major role in embryonic organ regeneration, and in wound healing.

FGF
Fibroblast growth factors (FGF) are a family of growth factors, with members involved in angiogenesis, wound healing, embryonic development, and various endocrine signaling pathways. FGFs are key players in the processes of proliferation and differentiation of awide variety of cells and tissues.
